Dawn Paradise
Dawn Paradise is a Northeast Georgia real estate broker known for delivering exceptional service with heart, faith, and results. Originally from South Florida and raised in 4-H showing horses, she brings a lifelong passion for land, homes, and helping others live their version of paradise.
After a successful career as a Call Center Director and Corporate Trainer, Dawn transitioned into real estate in 2018 and quickly made her mark — earning New Face of the Year and REALTOR® of the Year honors. Her approach is simple: “I am the customer experience,” and she gives 150% to every client she serves.
In 2024, Dawn faced a life-changing diagnosis of stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. Through unwavering faith and determination, she continued serving clients part-time while undergoing treatment — and earned her Georgia Broker’s License. Today, with no evidence of disease and stronger than ever, she has stepped into her purpose by opening her own brokerage, Paradise Perfection Realty, LLC.
Dawn’s story is one of perseverance, compassion, and purpose. She understands that every client’s journey is unique, and she is committed to helping buyers and sellers navigate every step with confidence, care, and professionalism.

I believe every property has a story.
Every home, piece of land, and property has something unique about it. I enjoy discovering what makes a property special, seeing its possibilities, and helping my clients see them too. My real-world, hands-on experience gives me a perspective that goes beyond what you see during a showing. With experience in property setup, septic systems, mobile home transportation and setup, and the practical side of getting a property ready, I’ve learned to look at the bigger picture.
I understand that a property is more than four walls. The land, home, utilities, septic, access, and the systems that support it all have to work together. That knowledge allows me to recognize potential considerations that may not be immediately obvious, ask the right questions, and help my clients make confident, informed decisions.
Whether you’re buying a traditional home, searching for the right piece of land, or considering a manufactured home, I bring practical knowledge and real-world experience to the table. I’m not just looking at how a property looks. I’m looking at how it works.
Beyond the Business
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me somewhere outdoors. Fishing is my happy place, and I’ll take a day outside over being indoors any time. I love the mountains, exploring new places, and especially finding hidden gems—the kind of places that may not be obvious at first but end up being unforgettable.
I’m also a hands-on person. I enjoy working with my hands, figuring things out, solving problems, and turning ideas into something real. I’m not afraid of hard work or getting a little dirty along the way.Family is a huge part of who I am. I’ve been with my husband for 15 years, and together we have a blended family of six children and six grandchildren. Our family keeps life busy, meaningful, and never boring!
I’m also an animal lover and believe there’s something special about the way animals can turn a house into a home. I was born in Idaho and have called Georgia home for the past 15 years. I’ve experienced the rugged beauty of the West and grown to love the charm, community, and beauty of Georgia.
